We offer refunds in cases where the products are damaged during shipment, or if there is a discrepancy between the ordered product and the delivered item. All returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

- We require photographic evidence of damaged goods, including packaging.
- Refunds will not be processed for perishable goods, such as fresh vegetables, meat, or seafood.
3. Refund Process
If your return request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days after receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong product or damaged goods).
