Payment Terms
Alhamdulillah Agro Foods is committed to offering a smooth and efficient payment process for our clients. Below are the payment terms for all orders placed with us.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
- Bank Transfer (T/T) – Preferred method for international transactions.
- Western Union or MoneyGram – Available for certain countries.
- Credit/Debit Card – We accept Visa, MasterCard, and other major credit cards (available for online purchases only).
- PayPal – Accepted for orders that can be processed through our online store.
2. Payment Schedule
- For international orders, a 30% deposit is required to confirm the order.
- The remaining 70% is due before shipment is dispatched.
- For bulk orders, payments can be negotiated and arranged as per agreement.
3. Currency
Payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, or other major currencies as agreed upon. The exchange rate at the time of payment will be used for any foreign currency transactions.
4. Late Payments
Any overdue payments will incur a late fee of 2% per month. If payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date, the order may be canceled.
5. Invoice and Documentation
An invoice will be sent to you upon order confirmation. All necessary documentation, such as packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin, will be provided after full payment is received.
